How Will I Make My Rice More Moist?

To make your rice moist using a rice cooker, all you have to do is to cook the rice asMoist Rice desired according to the usual measurement or ratio of the rice to the water. But the trick is to add in a little bit of oil (olive oil, canola oil, or vegetable oil), butter (salted or unsalted) or salt (iodized or rock salt).

While other techniques say that you should just add a little bit of water than usual, the problem with that is that when the rice cools down and is left for a few hours, the rice still dries up. The method of adding oil does not let the rice dry up even after hours leaving it to cool.

On the other hand, if you are going to use butter or margarine, you should remember to heat the rice if it has been left for hours because the butter may solidify.
